Due to my membership of the professional association (VBAG) I comply with the new Dutch law: Wet klachten, kwaliteit en geschillen zorg (WKKGZ). Furthermore I am insured at the professional association for professional and corporate liability.

In case of complains about the treatment or the way I treated you I ask you to have a conversation with me about that first. In case you are not satisfied after the conversation you can adres your complains to the VBAG.
